We offer one year Warranty for all of our products.
1.You have one year warranty from the date you buy the goods.
For any problem, you can send back to repair or replace according to the different cases, but we need you to pay the shipping cost for change delivery cost. For repaired phones, we always delivery back by air mail because other shipping company always needs to charge taxes. Any way, if you want to deliver by other ways, we need you to pay the taxes for our receiving package. If for personal damage, we need to charge you repairing fees if parts to be changed needed.
2. It will be helpful for us to find out the problem and the sender of the repaired products if you can write down the problem of it, your order number, order date, your name, adress and phone number. Normally, we can send back the repaired products in 2 working days after received the package.
3. Please make sure all are included and well-packed without any damage before your sign the express bill. If you do not check the package before sign the bill and find problem after open it, it will become difficult to claim for any missing or damage.
4. We are irresponsible for any customs problem or any taxes, so please make sure all before ordering.
